The Calling
Every totally normal Twitch team has recruitment requirements. Ours are merely arranged as a series of sacred trials and monitored by the Founder.
Being invited into S.N.O.T is not about follower counts, average viewers or the size of thy sub-goal. We seek not the largest creators. We seek the right ones.

Spend time within the community before seeking membership.
Visit streams, join events and participate in Discord.
We value real relationships over quick promotion.
Thou need not stream constantly, but some consistency is expected.
Communicate schedules, show effort and demonstrate a genuine desire to keep creating.
Occasional journeys into the void are permitted. Permanent residence is less helpful.
Support fellow members through raids, events, conversation and collaboration.
This support must be genuine, not transactional.
Community is not a ledger. The Council is not counting. Probably.
Bring something meaningful to S.N.O.T — skills, personality, creativity, knowledge or a welcoming community.
Thou need not be the greatest creator in the realm.
Thou must simply bring something sincere and contribute positively to the flock.
Avoid drama, communicate respectfully and represent the community well.
An Initiate period lets both sides decide whether the fit is genuine.
Complete the trials and receive full anointment — a Twitch team place and a Sacred Dossier. The hood remains optional. For now.
